Eye2Eye is excited to host our second annual gender equality conference! This year's theme will be The Confidence Gap. Join us to hear from amazing speakers from various industries and places in the US. The confidence gap focuses upon the rarity of female leadership positions due to a lack of self-confidence in the workplace in comparison to male leadership positions. In the last few years, we have seen an increase in many female executives as well as women taking on more jobs in male-dominated fields. We are seeing progress, and we are seeing change. This is what gender equality is about.
